Payment Methods

On-line payment is through one-off payment or recurring payments via debit or credit card. Payments are set up via our third party secure network.

Payments made on the website are for existing customers who have completed and signed an order form.

Recurring payments may be paid either quarterly or annually.

Your First Scheduled Payment Date will be used by the system to schedule all future instances of your Recurring Payment.

Refund Policy

If due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to clean your bin on the due date, we will, where possible, arrange a replacement clean on the next available date.

Where this is not possible, we will arrange a pro-rata refund directly to the customer original bank account.

Cancelling your recurring payment

You may cancel your Recurring Payment Authority at any time, by contacting Wheeliebins Cleaning UK Ltd by telephone (0844 2571999) or post. Our full trading address is as follows:

Wheeliebins Cleaning UK Ltd will reimburse your account on pro-rata basis, depending on the number of cleans that have taken place since the most recent payment.
